It's so easy for me to lose track of myself and let life mess me up. when i take time for myself (real time, not watching tv) and meditate and focus on staying stress-free then i do ok at life and i'm pretty happy. if i stop taking care of myself, i get overworked and depressed and everything just caves in on me. this has happened over and over again over the past few years, doing good, get busy, crash, recover, get busy, crash, recover, get busy, crash, etc. you would think i would learn to figure it out sooner.
